Case-Specific Doctor Workflow
Medical Insurance patients are handled differently from Personal Injury patients who are handled differently from Worker's Compensation or Medicare or Cash patients. Each of these Case Types have different requirements for the types of information collected, ICD10 codes used, patient management best practices, insurance approvals needed and sometimes even clinical considerations. With this in mind, regional evaluations and case specific details like forms and workflows are built in to each patient's file, on the fly, so that the doctor is provided only with the tools necessary to document the needs, regions and peculiarities of that specific case type.

Patient Chief Complaint Tracking
Your patient's Chief Complaints are the whole point, right? Our intelligent database, based on the entire Chiropractic knowledge base, will create organized templates, automatically, based on individual patient complaints both regional and structural. If a patient has neck pain then the doctor will see neck related examination and diagnostic documentation screens. With shoulder pain then shoulder related screens, ankle pain then ankle related screens, etc. Of course the doctor can modify what they see but this type of rudimentary AI supports and improves the workflow of the busy doctor. Regional VAS scores and more are tracked graphically. And for the patient, they will also be similarly assisted in the portal, kiosk and check-in feature.
Care Plan and X-Ray Reporting
Care Plans are arguably the most important tool for enhancing clinical outcomes, improving patient compliance, getting office staff in sync with individual patient care and assuring better insurance reimbursement. Our Care Plan tool and report is an easy, quick and comprehensive way to develop unique individual care plans for your patients. It is also a great Report of Findings tool. But honestly, we designed Point of Care Chiropractic EHR so that all your notes could be done quickly, easily, intuitively and completely at the point of care. So unless you are planning on treating patients at Aunt Shirley's Thanksgiving dinner or doing notes while on a Caribbean cruise vacation, the anytime, anywhere isn't that special. Integrated Patient Portal and Kiosk
Our Portal and Kiosk have morphed into a singular digital space. New patients will receive login credentials to fill out new patient documentation, at home, before arriving to your office, that is automatically saved to your database. Then upon arrival into your reception area, for each visit, they will be notified and prompted to check in on their own device and to complete their initial Subjective Daily updates, outcomes questionnaires or resolve financial matters on their own device. Did you get that? Everyone has their own device and now it's time to use them to your advantage. Save money on office hardware and devices and save a huge amount of time during patient intake.
Pediatrics
A Pediatric History is built into an intelligent database that automatically brings the forms you need to the forefront and delivers them to the patient portal when a pediatric patient presents. The software just knows that a doctor needs different tools when a child is on your their exam table. It predicts what you need and it delivers when you need it.
